The hotel's location is key, just in front of the bridge to Florence with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms had a musty smell from potential previous smoking guests, and the heating system didn't work properly, leaving us cold throughout our stay.
The hotel had a gentle hum all night that helped me sleep through any nearby noise, but unfortunately, the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and some even dripped condensation. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and stores nearby, just in front of the bridge to Florence. The dining experience was a mix of amazing dishes and some disappointing meals. Overall, the hotel offered a mixed experience.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; the hotel is right in front of the bridge to Florence and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the issue with turning away a couple at 9 pm due to no clean rooms available. The dining options were mediocre, more suitable for children with cereal and muffins, and the coffee was not the best. On the bright side, the hotel is comfortable and perfect for anyone strictly on a timeline into the Muscle Shoals area.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in poor condition, uncomfortable, and emitted a strange smell, despite convenient access to the hallway and parking outside. The service, although friendly and accommodating, lacked an explanation for issues and an apology from the manager. The location was great, with lovely water features nearby and ample dining and shopping options. However, the presence of spider webs all around was a downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just in front of the bridge to Florence, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The noise levels were so high that we couldn't even enjoy watching TV or have a decent conversation. On the bright side, the service was friendly, but being turned away due to a lack of clean rooms at 9 pm was frustrating.
