I couldn't have asked for a better location; the hotel is right in front of the bridge to Florence and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the issue with turning away a couple at 9 pm due to no clean rooms available. The dining options were mediocre, more suitable for children with cereal and muffins, and the coffee was not the best. On the bright side, the hotel is comfortable and perfect for anyone strictly on a timeline into the Muscle Shoals area.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just in front of the bridge to Florence, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the rooms could use a little refreshing as they were a bit loud, and having a door to the outside in addition to the interior door wasn't very convenient. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite its excellent location just in front of the bridge to Florence and surrounded by many restaurants and stores, the rooms were a major disappointment. They were run down, smelly, and the heating didn’t work properly, making us freeze throughout our stay. The noise levels were so high that we couldn't even enjoy watching TV or have a decent conversation. On the bright side, the service was friendly, but being turned away due to a lack of clean rooms at 9 pm was frustrating.
